I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the Laws relating
to Public Health and to Buildings,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinence consolidates and amends the law relatio? to Public Health and Building. The new matter is taken chiefly from the London Puilding Act 1994. The amendments have been made to give effect to the recommendations of Mr. Osbert Chad- -wick, O.K.G., and Frofessor Simpson who were specially appoin-
